Trident at a Glance
Trident is a liquidity rail: source the assets you need on any supported chain.
It works in two simple ways:
- No-Leverage: source your own liquidity — move what you already deposited to the chain where you need it. No borrowing.
- Leverage: source liquidity you don’t currently hold — Trident fronts it on the destination chain so you can execute immediately; if the destination action fails, nothing moves.
Who it’s for: market makers, solvers, and apps that need assets everywhere without juggling balances and routes.
Why people use it
Section titled “Why people use it”- One vault, many chains: deposit once, spend anywhere Trident is deployed.
- Atomic delivery: borrow+trade+settle can happen in one transaction; if your condition fails, the whole bundle reverts.
- Better capital efficiency: no idle pre-funding on destination chains.
- It plugs immediately with any protocol you’re working with.
- Simple integration: a small Rust SDK handles it all.
